The school secretary asked the new student what his father's occupation was.

"He's a magician," replied the boy.

"That is very interesting," the secretary replied. "What is his favorite trick?"

"Oh, I think probably sawing people in half," the student answered.

Moving on, the next question was, "Do you have any brothers or sisters?"

The student replied, "Oh yes, one half-brother and two half-sisters."
